OUR HISTORY
The Green Garden Schools are a product of their founders who dared to dream, back in 1991. This was a turbulent year, when the country was faced with the prospects of "new politics." Despite the uncertainty of the new politics, they believed that a new school would serve the country favourably. Thus the founders Dr. Peter Keiyoro and his loving wife Tr. Esther Njenga founded the school in Kikuyu, Kenya, among some of the country's best and oldest educational institutions. They sort to establish schools that will provide high quality education geared towards the holistic development of the child and comfort of the parent. Together they have now established four schools that provide high quality teaching and learning experiences for both current and future pupils.

School life is very important part of one's life, because it provides opportunity for study and discipline. Besides these, the school life is a preparatory stage for entering public life.School plays an important role in widening the outlook of students. The choice of school you take the child especially at the early stages shapes their destiny. Virtues such as perseverance, sincerity, truthfulness, tolerance, discipline and obedience are developed in School. School provides opportunity to the students to be disciplined and to follow instructions in life. From a school, they show discipline in class room, play ground, hostel, dinning hall and library among other places.

Our school is a meeting place of students and teachers. From here, a student learns how to adjust himself with the society at later part of life. The school life is generally a period of youth. In our school, all the students read in a spirit of togetherness. They forget their joys and sorrows. They read together, play together and sit together. In these days their minds contain some youthful dreams which come true as they grow in age.
The Green Garden School is the right place for the fulfillment of the youthful desires. Students take part in games and sports, drama, music, song and debate competitions etc. Our school also gives the foundation for the budding poets, scientists, writers, doctors, engineers, artist and musicians. Our school has definitely a healthy influence upon students.
